TEACHING METHODOLOGY

How We Teach

At LHK, we believe that a child understands best when they are engaged, not just instructed. Our teaching approach combines the structure and rigour of the CBSE framework with methods that make learning meaningful.

  • Concept-First Learning — We teach concepts before formulae, understanding before memorisation. Students at LHK learn why before they learn how.
  • Regular Assessment & Feedback — Weekly class tests, term examinations, and continuous internal assessments ensure that no learning gap goes unaddressed.
  • Remedial Support — Underperforming students receive targeted support. We identify at-risk students early and engage families proactively.
  • Subject-Specialist Faculty — Every subject is taught by qualified, dedicated teachers — not generalists stretched across departments.
  • Lesson Planning & Syllabus Tracking — All teachers submit weekly lesson plans and syllabus progress reports, ensuring systematic and accountable teaching.
  • Parent Communication — Regular parent-teacher meetings, performance reports, and direct communication keep families informed and involved.
